Do you have SneezScreens in stock?

Yes, we have all models in stock.

Do you manufacture custom screens? How do I order?

We manufacture custom SneezScreens. Please email us at info@sneezscreen.com.au with photos of the area where you want to place the screens, plus measurements, and we will provide a quote.

When will I receive my SneezScreens?

Once payment for your SneezScreens (and freight, if applicable) is received, your order will leave our factory within 5 business days. Custom orders take a little longer, leaving our factory within 8-10 business days.

Can I pick up my SneezScreens?

Yes, pick up can be arranged from Unit 2, 8 Kearney Street, Bayswater, VIC, 3153.  Please call ahead to book a time to collect your SneezScreens, on 1300 SNEEZE.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to anywhere in Australia and will always try and find the most reasonable shipping rates for you via our broker. Should you wish to order from overseas then please email info@sneezscreen.com.au for a freight quote. Please note any shipping fees, insurance fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Do you offer installation?

We offer installation within the greater Melbourne metropolitan area.  However our SneezScreens are easy to install, so any local handyman would be able to assist you.

How do I clean my SneezScreen?

We recommend the use of a soft cloth and methylated spirits.

What is your return policy?

SneezScreen do not offer refunds or returns due to change of mind or scratches and marks on the screen. Each product is individually checked before it leaves the warehouse. If there are product defects, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
